Our Mercy Volunteers’ work is indispensible to the hospital in that it allows the institution to utilize precious resources in the most efficient manner possible. Additionally, it is invaluable to patients and their families who sometimes desperately need a bit of direction, a helping hand, or even simply a reassuring smile.
