What is Mercy Lifeline?

Lifeline is a personal emergency response system which links you to 24-hour assistance at the push of a button. It allows you to move freely
around your home or yard with the confidence of knowing that if you need help — Lifeline will call for it!

Mercy Lifeline is simple and effective.

• A small, portable Personal Help Button is worn on a neckchain, wrist strap or clipped to clothing. If you need help, simply push the button.
• A Lifeline Communicator is connected to your telephone line. It sends an automatic call for help when you push your Personal Help button or the Help button on the front of the communicator.
• Highly trained personnel receive your help call and immediately attempt to make voice contact with you. If assistance is needed, they will contact one of your " responders" — nearby friends or relatives. For more serious situations, an ambulance or the police will be dispatched.
• Help is on the way.

The Mercy Lifeline system provides peace of mind at an affordable monthly rate and with no long-term contracts or obligations. We help our clients maintain their independence and feel more secure in the comfort of their own homes. You may find you have something in common with many of them.

Mercy Lifeline Advantages

• Your LIFELINE provider offers these additional safety and convenience features:
  • Battery back-up keeps your communicator working, even during a power failure.
  • Inactivity timer built into the communicator automatically calls the Response Center if you are unable to press your button.
  • Waterproof Personal Help Button keeps you protected while showering or bathing.
  • Speaker phone built into the communicator allows two-way voice communication.
  • RSVP allows you to answer routine telephone calls by simply pressing your Personal Help Button.
