Mercy Hospice
Mercy Hospice provides service in Arkansas within
a 50-mile radius of the hospital. The program offers care seven days a week
with nurses on call 24-hours a day. Hospice care is delivered at home or in
a homelike setting during the final stages of a terminal illness. A team approach
allows nurses, chaplains, volunteers and social workers to confidentially meet
the physical, mental and spiritual stresses of the patient and empowers them
to live with dignity, alert and pain free, while involving family and loved
ones in giving care.
Other services offered as needed include physical, occupational and speech therapies, dietary counseling, psychiatric counseling and respiratory education. Call 479-314-1150 for more information about Mercy Hospice.
