Mercy Fitness Center

The Mercy Fitness Center has recently acquired the latest in strength training and cardiovascular equipment including new pieces of Cybex Eagle and Nautilus Nitro strength training apparatuses, Cybex Arc Trainers and treadmills, over 30 new Schwinn Spinning Bikes and stationary bikes. In total, over 81 pieces of new equipment are now available for your convenience!

Mercy Fitness is also introducing new Cardio Theater personal viewing stations in Spring of 2003. This equipment will be added to several existing cardio machines and allow clients to enjoy their own viewing selections. The upgrade allows us to maintain the highest level of quality in the health and wellness industry nationwide.

The Mercy Fitness Center has also installed Tuflex flooring on the cardio floor while incorporating half of the existing basketball court to increase the floor area for the new equipment. New carpet has been installed as well as a resurfaced aerobic studio floor. All interior walls have been repainted as well.

The Mercy Fitness Center assists members in achieving optimal physical and mental well being through the provision of comprehensive health education, fitness and wellness programs. The 36,000-sq. ft. facility offers:
