An Oncologist is a physician who specializes in the treatment
of cancer. These physician may also be Board Certified in others medical
specialties such as Internal Medicine, thus they may treat other diseases
and conditions.
St. Edward Mercy has seven highly trained Oncologists on
staff, with one specialized in Radiation Oncology.
