If your doctor decides you need home health care, you
have the freedom to choose among a list of participating Medicare-certified
home health agencies that serve your geographic area to give you the
care and services you need. Your choice should be honored by your doctor,
hospital discharge planner, or other referring agency. Located at 7301B
Rogers Avenue in Ft. Smith, Mercy Home Care agency is an award winning
full service licensed and Joint
Commission Accredited home care agency. The agency provides
comprehensive services including: quality nursing, therapies, and aide
care to Ft. Smith and surrounding communities. The agency accepts all
patients under the direct order of their licensed physician.

You may contact the Mercy Home Care office at 479-314-5511 from
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. The facility employees
licensed staff who are available to meet patient needs 7 days a week
including weekends and holidays. There is a Registered Nurse on call
twenty-four (24) hours a day 365 days per year for inquiries, emergency
calls, and visits to the patient population.
