STAFF

Lots of people say Mercy Fitness is the best thing going.

Here are a few of the reasons.

Many of our staff members have been with us since we opened, so if you’ve been a Mercy Fitness member for awhile, you probably already know some of them. But in case you don’t, we’d like to introduce you to several of the key people who keep Mercy Fitness Center moving ahead every day.

Since Mercy Fitness Center opened in 1997, Hector has managed the facility’s operations with the goal of creating awesome health and fitness options for residents throughout the greater Fort Smith area. As a member of the Arkansas Governor’s Council on Fitness, Hector believes that exercise is more than just moving the body, and he strives to make sure all Mercy Fitness programs are fun, safe and most of all rewarding. In his spare time, Hector enjoys cycling, outdoor activities and gardening.
